I've been sampling out some of the YSL fragrances, most notably enjoying the scents of L'Homme and the Intense EDP. My only issue has been the sub-par, almost nonexistent longevity of both. Within 2 hrs max. both fragrances have almost completely evaporated from my skin, making me seriously question the value behind a 0 price tag.Everybody been saying that it had great sillage, 3-4 hour projection and 10-11 hour longevity. First it isnt as strong according to what people said about it. Its a 2022-09 Batch Age is 1-5 Months.
That said, Y EDP has solid longevity, as the fragrance has about 8-10 hours of life on the skin, with approximately two hours with the highest projection and sillage. This can easily get someone through an evening affair.
The two notes give YSL Y EDP cologne its smooth warmth, adding depth and longevity to the fragrance without affecting its crisp, clean, and sweet-smelling scent. Overall, the drydown is mature and refined, exuding sweetness, warmth and .
Yves Saint Laurent’s Y Eau de Parfum Intense expresses the intoxicating moment when creative energy is released. As a long-lasting men’s perfume, the YSL perfume impresses with its masculine scent. Fresh lavender from Provence and the woody note of patchouli from Bali ensure an intensely sensual fragrance experience. Y EDP Intense is a much more mellow and mature take on the Y Formula. Personally not a huge fan of this one. The opening almost reeks of Iris and powdery notes (could be the Lavender).
