I have three Oris watches, an F1 and two first generation BC3's. I first became aware of Oris from someone in the jewelry and watch repair business in NYC who thought they were good watches. I wear a mid size black dial BC3 as a daily work watch. The other BC3 is a rare white dial with a dark blue rubber strap.
Alongside a Rolex purchase, i am also thinking of a lower level purchase of a watch, mainly as a beater for weekends and non-business use. Im thinking in terms of a Swiss made, watch brand with a lower price, between an Oris, Raymond Weil, or a Frederique constant.
