Here is my silver dial final generation Colt 41 before Breitling discontinued the series. I currently have it on a first gen rubber Hershey dive strap. However, I'm considering putting it on a leather strap soon. Anyone rocking a leather strap or even a Nato strap on their Colts? Post em here!
If so the differences in the SuperOcean and Colt are very minor. The major differences are: Size (SO is 42mm and Colt is 41.1mm). SO is also thicker (15mm vs. 13.3mm) Water resistance (SuperOcean is 5,000ft and Colt is 1,650ft) And though I'm not 100% sure, I think the Colt may be a satin finish instead of the polished finish of the SuperOcean. Since the watch head alone weighs about 96 grams, a leather or rubber strap will definitely make for a lighter package.
